All coaching programs, services, and digital products offered by The PCOS Cystem, LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

By purchasing any program or service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds After Enrollment

Due to the nature of coaching services, personalized planning, and immediate access to proprietary materials, refunds are not provided once a client has enrolled in a program.

This includes situations such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Schedule conflicts
  • Lack of time
  • Loss of motivation
  • Failure to follow the program
  • Failure to achieve desired results
  • Financial hardship
  • Personal circumstances

3. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once the program has begun.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Removal from the program
  • Collections or legal action if necessary

4. Program Access and Delivery

Coaching programs are delivered over a defined period of time.

Access to services is time-based, not session-based.

Unused time, missed check-ins, or failure to participate does not extend program duration and does not qualify for refunds.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Billing error

Any exception will be determined solely at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation to the payment processor
  • Suspend services
  • Pursue recovery of funds
  • Restrict future access to services

7. Consultation Fees

If a consultation fee is charged in the future, that fee is non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled.

Missed appointments or late cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Weight loss
  • Pregnancy
  • Hormone regulation
