WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR COURSE & PRIVATE COACHING
The online nutrition course (the "Course") includes access to a series of 1:1 Private Calls, video lectures, written content, and other educational materials related to nutrition, as well as any additional materials or resources that may be provided from time to time (collectively, the "Course Materials").

The Course Materials are provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical advice.

COURSE FEES
The fee for the Course is as set forth. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Course. Payment must be made in advance before accessing the Course. All fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted at any time, for any reason.

HOW CLIENTS CAN/CANNOT USE OUR CONTENT
Participants are granted access to the course materials solely for their individual educational purposes and personal use. Course content, including text, videos, and materials, must not be shared, distributed, or posted on social media or any public platform. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, sell, or otherwise exploit course content for commercial purposes or personal gain. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of course content infringes upon our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality and educational nature of the course materials and use them exclusively for their own use. You may not share your login information or allow others to access the Course Materials using your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course Materials are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title, noninfringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Course Materials will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course Materials.

PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOR AND REMOVAL
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the group or program if their behavior is disruptive, negative, or in violation of the program's terms and guidelines. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, harassment, abusive language, spamming, or any actions that may detract from the positive and supportive learning environment for others. In cases where removal is deemed necessary, the participant may not be entitled to a refund for the program. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and constructive community for all participants and will exercise this right when necessary to uphold these standards.

RECORDING OF LIVE STREAMS OR WEBINARS
Participants acknowledge that live streams, webinars, or other virtual sessions conducted as part of the program may be recorded for educational or promotional purposes. By participating in such sessions, participants consent to the recording and understand that these recordings may be made available to other program participants or used by us for educational and marketing purposes. We will not share or post recordings that include private or personal information, respecting your privacy and confidentiality.

PROGRAM CONTENT ADJUSTMENT
We reserve the right to modify, update, or adjust the content, structure, or materials of the program to ensure it remains effective and relevant for the best possible client outcomes. These changes may include, but are not limited to, updates in curriculum, lesson plans, resources, or schedules. Any such adjustments will be made with the intention of enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of the program. We will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of significant changes in advance, when possible. Participants understand and accept our right to make these necessary program content adjustments for the benefit of all enrolled individuals.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the Course shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction in which we are located.

USE OF SUCCESS STORIES OR TESTIMONIALS
Participants may be invited to share their success stories or testimonials related to the program. By submitting such content, participants grant us the right to use, display, and publish these stories or testimonials in various program materials, on our website, and in marketing and promotional efforts. We may use these stories or testimonials, along with participant initials or first names, to inspire and motivate others considering participation in the program. Participants can request the removal or modification of their story or testimonial at any time by contacting us.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Course, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us. We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Course following any such modification shall be deemed acceptance of such modification. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

By enrolling in this private coaching and course, participants agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability arising from their use of the information and strategies provided within the course.
