We didn’t just study PCOS—we beat it when the "experts" said we couldn't.

The PCOS Cystem was born out of desperation since we learned about the diagnosis 2 years into being married. Sonia had gained 30+ lbs, the inflammation and fatigue was unreal. We were told having children wouldn't be possible for us. Instead of accepting a lifetime of "management" and pills, we used Fayaz’s background in Kinesiology & Exercise Science and invested over $50,000 and 500+ hours into intensive research to ignore the generic advice and follow the biological data.
