TERMS & CONDITIONS – PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAM (Effective December 1, 2024 and beyond)

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ENROLLING IN THE PCOS CYSTEM PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM WITHOUT REFUND.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS Upon enrollment, you are granted access to the following components:

  1. Onboarding Call with Sonia – A 1-hour live Zoom session to walk you through your custom roadmap and help set clear expectations for the program.

  2. Private 1:1 Coaching Calls – A fixed number of sessions (typically 4–8 calls depending on your plan), to be used during the coaching term.

  3. Community Access – Access to our private community group for the full duration of your coaching program.

  4. Direct Support via DM – You may ask questions and receive support directly through the Skool platform’s DM system during your coaching term, unless specified otherwise for WhatsApp, email, or text in unique situations.

PROGRAM DURATION & SESSION EXPIRATION (Effective Dec 1, 2024) All coaching plans are designed as 4-month programs unless otherwise stated. Your program duration begins on the date of purchase.

We allow an additional 6-week grace period after your coaching term officially ends to complete any remaining calls. This grace period is designed to accommodate onboarding, scheduling flexibility, and any reasonable delays such as travel, illness, or emergencies.

All sessions must be used within this total period (program length + 6-week grace). After this period, all unused sessions will be forfeited.

No exceptions will be made beyond this timeframe, and unused sessions cannot be rolled over, banked, transferred, or reactivated.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule your calls proactively to avoid expiration.

  • Show up on time for each session. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled call may result in a forfeited session.

  • Engage actively in the program, complete the materials, and communicate as needed with your coach.

Results are not guaranteed. Your progress will depend on your level of participation, consistency, and adherence to the program.

COMMUNITY ACCESS Access to the community group is available only during your active coaching term. Once your term ends, your access will be discontinued unless otherwise specified in your plan.

You must remain in good standing and not violate any community or content-sharing guidelines to retain access.

PROHIBITED USES OF MATERIALS All program content is proprietary. This includes coaching frameworks, call recordings, PDFs, templates, Skool posts, videos, and all supporting materials. You agree not to:

  • Share, repost, or distribute any materials publicly or privately

  • Use any materials to develop competing products, services, or offers

  • Allow anyone else to access the program under your login

Violation may result in immediate removal from the program and legal action.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY All sales are final. There are no refunds for any reason once the program has been purchased and access has been granted. Coaching services are non-transferable.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS We may update or improve course materials, coaching resources, or community structure to better serve our clients. You agree that reasonable adjustments may be made to your program structure or delivery to support your results.

RECORDING POLICY Coaching calls may be recorded for internal reference and training purposes. By participating, you agree to being recorded. These recordings will not be used in marketing without your explicit permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not liable for any losses, damages, or health outcomes resulting from your participation in this program. Results vary depending on personal factors and adherence.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
