TERMS & CONDITIONS – ELITE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM (Effective April 1, 2025 and beyond)

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ENROLLING IN THE PCOS CYSTEM ELITE TRANSFORMATION COACHING PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM WITHOUT REFUND.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS Upon enrollment, you are granted access to the following components:

  1. Initial Custom Plan – You will receive a personalized meal plan with macros, an exercise routine, and a supplement protocol created specifically for your goals.

  2. Monthly Revisions – Plan updates and adjustments will be provided monthly or as needed, based on submission of your required monthly progress form (emailed to you each month).

  3. Community Access – Access to our private Skool group for the entire 12-month duration of the program.

  4. Direct Support via DM – You may ask questions and receive support via the Skool platform’s DM system. In unique situations, we may provide WhatsApp, email, or text support at our discretion.

  5. Bonus Content (Optional) – Additional educational materials, video lectures, and trainings may be added throughout your program as a bonus. These are not part of the primary service and are optional to review.

PROGRAM DURATION & GRACE PERIOD The Elite Transformation Program includes 4 months of total access to all components listed above, starting from the date of purchase.

A 4-week grace period is automatically included to allow for onboarding, scheduling flexibility, and any reasonable personal delays such as illness or travel.

Your total access window is 4 months + 2-week grace period. No additional extensions will be granted beyond this timeframe.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete and submit your monthly progress form on time to receive updates to your plan.

  • Communicate proactively via DM with questions, updates, or concerns.

  • Follow the plan as closely as possible and notify us if you need adjustments.

Results are not guaranteed. Your outcome depends on your consistency, health status, and adherence to the program recommendations.

COMMUNITY ACCESS Access to the private community group on Skool is included for the full duration of the program. Access will be revoked once your program term (including grace period) ends unless otherwise specified.

You must remain in good standing and not violate any community or content-sharing guidelines to retain access.

PROHIBITED USES OF MATERIALS All content provided in the Elite Transformation Program is proprietary. This includes coaching frameworks, plan templates, check-in forms, videos, and communication inside Skool. You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or copy any program content

  • Use the materials to build competing offers or programs

  • Grant access to any other individual under your name or login

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the program and legal consequences.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or transfers once the program has been purchased and access has been granted.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to enhance or improve the delivery and structure of this program to better serve clients. Any changes made will be done with the intention of improving client experience and results.

RECORDING POLICY Any live calls or discussions held as part of this program may be recorded for quality control or internal use. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings will not be shared publicly without your written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not responsible for any injuries, adverse effects, or outcomes that result from your use of this program. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
