THE PCOS CYSTEM
TERMS & CONDITIONS – PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAM (2023–2024 CLIENTS)
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ENROLLING IN THE PCOS CYSTEM PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM WITHOUT REFUND.
PROGRAM INCLUSIONS Upon enrollment, you are granted access to the following components:

Video Onboarding Zoom Call with Sonia - 1 zoom call that is 1 Hour.

Private 1:1 Coaching Calls – A fixed number of sessions (as outlined in your onboarding materials or purchase confirmation), to be used during the coaching term.

Community Access – Membership in our private group platform for ongoing engagement, support, and learning.

The PCOS Cystem Online Course – A structured learning system covering our entire framework including nutrition, hormones, supplements, and lifestyle.
PROGRAM DURATION & SESSION EXPIRATION:
Your coaching program was originally offered as a 3-month, 4-month, or 6-month container, depending on your purchase. However, to provide flexibility, we have allowed up to 12 months from the original date of enrollment to use all included coaching sessions.
All unused sessions will automatically expire 12 months from the enrollment date.
No sessions may be rolled over, banked, transferred, or reactivated beyond this 12-month period for any reason.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for scheduling your coaching calls in a timely manner.

You must arrive on time to calls. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a forfeited session.

You are responsible for participating in the program, completing assignments, and communicating with your coach.
We do not promise health outcomes unless the full program is followed as designed.
COMMUNITY & COURSE ACCESS Access to our community and online course is provided during your coaching term. We reserve the right to revoke community access if participation is disruptive or violates community guidelines. Course access remains available as long as you remain in good standing and no copyright, sharing, or distribution violations occur.
PROHIBITED USES OF MATERIALS All content provided in the course, community, or via coaching (including worksheets, recordings, templates, PDFs, and coaching strategies) are proprietary intellectual property and may not be:

Reproduced or distributed

Shared publicly or with other individuals outside the program

Used to build competing offers, coaching programs, or educational tools
Any breach of this may result in immediate removal from the program and possible legal action.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY All sales are final. No refunds will be given at any time, including in cases of non-use, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete the program. Coaching purchases are non-transferable.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to adjust the delivery, format, or content of the program as needed to improve client outcomes. This may include upgrading course videos, adjusting the coaching calendar, or evolving the tools provided.
RECORDING POLICY Coaching calls or community sessions may be recorded for internal quality control and training purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings will not be used in marketing or public distribution without your written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your participation in the program. Results are not guaranteed. Each individual's outcomes depend on their unique health, consistency, and lifestyle factors.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All legal proceedings shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
